The service is fine but the framed canvas that arrived today is very small and very expensive for what it is, I paid almost £50 even with a first time but discount abs the product that arrived is very poor value for money.

Shipping & Billing Address Issues I did not enjoy my experience in placing my order. I tried several times to have the order shipped to one location, with a credit card billing to a different location. I was consistently met with an error that said my zip code didn't match my billing address. I am ordering from Canada. The site processed my card, even though the website didn't accept the payment and my order was not processed. I reached out to your online chat support and while the customer service rep was kind, my issue wasn't resolved and I was advised to check my card again later to confirm the charge was reversed. I tried again a few days later with the same errors. The online chat rep suggested trying a card that had the same billing and shipping address. This made my entire experience inconvenient. My order was eventually processed, however I had to have someone else order it for me with their card and I had to transfer funds. The option should not be there if the system will not accept it. I am really hoping that the product has made it worth the hassle...

Hi Jamie, thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you. Normally a zip code error appears only when the zip code you have entered in the billing address section of your order does not match the one registered in your card. Rest assured we will make use of your feedback to further improve our products and services. We really appreciate this and hope to serve you better in our future transactions. The page after ordering, where I input my pet’s species and name, was very clunky and hard to use.

I was a bit disappointed that I asked for a revision, and was just sent the same 1st photo a day later. After telling them that they just sent me the same photo, and re-explaining the revision I’d like; they adjusted the photo. It honestly still wasn’t 100% what I was hoping for; but I just decided to go ahead with it. I saw so many great photos and thought it’d be a great gift for my father in law who adores his rabbit. Maybe I should’ve picked a different uniform for my rabbit, or maybe it’s just a better experience if you have a dog or cat.

Good products but when I tried to apply a coupon for a free mug (as it was announced on the Instagram ad) it didn't work.

I am looking forward to receiving these three pillows, but I had a question regarding an error I made and never received and answer. I just had to stop and wait for my account to be credited and start over again to avoid getting charged twice. Answer the questions and things would be easier. Also what is a digital download? And why would it possibly cost $10 each?

I’m very pleased with the portrait However, I just came home to visit my mom and found it hanging on her wall. I asked why she didn’t stand it on a table and she said there was no leg on the back of the portrait. I looked and saw she was correct. I ordered a standing portrait and received a wall mount. I would liked this resolved. I couldn’t find a customer service contact link on your site or an emails. This is the only way I could find to contact you, hopefully. I suggest you make it easier for customers to reach you. I do love your product and will recommend to others and will purchase more items in the future. Thank you!
