It has been 14 days and I haven’t been sent my order to review (the maximum time it should take during busy periods... apparently it’s “usually 1-2 days”) it’s not even been sent to the artist. Despite choosing the speedier queue jump option.

I placed my order on the 10th of December, it's now the 29th and still no word from the company! 2-4 day artwork preview? Complete lies! I understand with the holiday rush, but the order confirmation email said to expect my artwork within 9-10 days. 19 days later nothing! The only emails I get are asking me to make new orders when i havent even be given a status on my first order! None of the order status links work, nor is there ANY response from customer support. I'll have fun attempting to get a refund....

A rip off! Ordered at the end of November for a Christmas gift and I still haven’t received my item. Took weeks and many complaints to get an image to be approved and that “artwork” only looked to be photoshopped and not the hand painted artwork they make it out to be. Item has yet to be shipped and according to their IG page they just stopped responding to customer inquiries and complaints including mine. Do not waste your money on this company! Pure SCAM!

They have been "processing" the order for over two weeks. According to the customer dashboard they have not even begun working on it yet. Very disappointed.

There was no clear timeline for just how long the process was going to take so my wife is now still without one of her Christmas presents several days after Christmas. Additionally the time it has taken to get any response back from the support team has meant that the information I was asking for initially was no longer even relevant. Overall the process has been exceptionally frustrating
