I love the product and how easy people are to work with from this company. I think it's such a funny and creative way to get the perfect gift for someone. My only problem is this is the second time I've ordered and been unable to see where I'm supposed to upload my pet photos. I have had to wait for someone to email me back. I'm probably missing something.

Ordered during the holiday season and my order was backed up quite a bit. I am glad that crown and paw were keeping in touch with me by email and also kept me up to date on progress. Waiting and looking forward to receiving my order.

It is expensive but the final product is very exciting!

The proof of the picture is amazing, and we’re so excited for her to receive it! It is a bit disappointing that there is no option to add a note (or even say who it is from). Takes some of the magic out of it if we have to follow tracking, guess when it’s opened and then send a text? Really hope you add that option in the future

What would be really good would be to see what the pet photo would look like on the canvas chosen so ensure the photo is a good one to use.

I gave a 4 star because I love everything besides don’t like the limited credit card options. I use my discover for everything and didn’t realize until the 5th time I tried to place the order that they don’t accept discover. But besides that I recommend this site.

The site is easy to use. It does take pretty long (the product was received about a month later then originally planned). However they were very friendly in communication regarding the follow-up. The end result amazing: beautiful and good quality. My mother was so happy with this very special gift that she was in tears when she received it.
