My whole experience has been terrible. I went two weeks without an update, I paid an extra for some query move which is utter crap. Updates provided do not reflect accurately in the customer dashboard. It takes forever for anyone to even get back to me. Will NOT be ordering from here again nor will I recommend.

I was really excited to receive my pet portraits, however my order has taken much longer than expected. I have reached out a few times and have not gotten a response. My order was placed and approved a month ago and it has still not gone to print. I was excited to give these as a gift for the holiday.

I placed my order on November 21st and I still haven’t received my order. In fact my order has never even been printed yet. I have emailed them and always get the same response that the next email will be a tracking number- or that they will look into it. Nothing happens- what makes it worse is they won’t just give me a refund, they say because my order is now in the printing stage. Well it’s been in the printing stage for a month now. I usually don’t do bad reviews- but this company is a scam or severely mismanaged and I’m sorry I fell for it.

I am so disappointed - we ordered this as a Christmas gift and still have not received. According to the site tracker it still has not been printed. We placed our order on December 1 and it is now December 29. I understand there may have been a surge of holiday orders, but should there not be communication with customers about this? I asked a question about it being blurry when I was first sent the proof and didn’t receive a response for over a week - I then reached out to customer service, who was friendly but has not been helpful in speeding this process along. I’m just surprised that a company that marketed so much for holiday business shows zero urgency, communication or apologies for so blatantly missing the holiday.

Finally received my order today, but too late for Christmas which is really disappointing. I ordered on 30th November (having checked their website for lead times of 10-14 days during busy times) and paid the extra for expediting the order. Chased this up several times with Customer Support and emphasised I needed this by Christmas. I did receive replies, but saying “we’re really busy at the moment”, “ sorry for delay etc”. What’s even more frustrating is that they sent it on 23rd December and had they used next day delivery it would have arrived in time - they chose the cheaper 2 day postage option which meant I only received it today. Had they spent an extra couple of pounds on the delivery I would have been a happy customer ultimately, but they failed to take the chance to redeem themselves. I am even more dissatisfied now. Would not use them again.

I’m sorry to have to say that your customer service is terrible, you just don’t answer your emails, I keep asking where my order 381720 is, this was promised for Christmas, sadly you let me down so no present for a very dear friend, very embarrassing. I know that these are strange times but if you just keep in touch it helps the customers. So once more can you PLEASE let me know when I will receive my order. Thank you.

Do not order from this company!!! This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for two canvases in November as Christmas gifts and did not receive either of them in time for Christmas - even though my order was placed way before their stated Christmas delivery deadline on their website. I even opted for faster shipping to ensure they would arrive on time. After no updates on my order after 3 weeks, I emailed the customer service department. When contacting them (3 separate emails) they didn’t respond to any of them! I finally get an email response AFTER my order gets delivered (Dec.28th). Instead of apologizing for the late arrival after Christmas, they send a generated response asking me to write them a good review and post on social media. Are you serious?? I can’t believe how absolutely terrible this company was to deal with, and I will never order from them again. What was supposed to be a fun Christmas gift turned into the biggest headache and disappointment.

Before placing our first order through Crown and Paw, as a Christmas gift from my son to his sister, we checked the processing time. Their website stated orders placed by Dec 9 would be received in time for Christmas. Since it was just Dec 4, we thought we were ahead of the game. Not so. Just a few days before Christmas and we still hadn’t received the artwork proof for approval. Numerous emails to customer service requesting updates went unanswered. When we finally received a reply, it was an insulting standard form letter that told us absolutely nothing. Needless to say, our order was not received in time for Christmas, and as of Dec 29, there is still no tracking number for our canvas. What started out to be an exciting gift idea turned into the biggest disappointment. My son and daughter won’t see each other again for another year and half the fun of giving the canvas was for him to see her reaction when opening. We will never ever order from Crown and Paw again and will repeat our utter disappointment, and the total lack of concern on the part of their customer service department, whenever we have the opportunity to do so.
