Original review: The print came and was a lot darker than what it appeared on screen. Updated review: Crown and paw worked hard with me over email sending me two extra prints to try and rectify the order. I couldn't have the original print because the dog was too dark to work with the background. They sent the same picture again which was pretty much the exact same but on the 3rd try they sent me some recommendations which help me solve the issue. In the end the print was fixed for me around 2 months after the persons birthday - which I had bought the original print for. The end product is great though and I appreciate them helping me get it sorted. If you plan on buying as a gift, give yourself extra time.

I placed my order on 11/28, well before the 12/10 Christmas deadline. The order, which contained two Christmas gifts, did not arrive until 12/30. Fortunately, the recipients LOVED their pet portraits. They are adorable! Other than the late delivery, I would absolutely recommend Crown & Paw.

My wife loved her picture, and said it was the best gift I have ever gotten her in 17 years of marriage. I would have given 5 stars, but we waited 6 weeks for it to arrive. Well worth the wait though!

Love our kitty picture, the artwork is superb . My only negative is the print onto the canvas has a very shiny finish which reflects the light a bit too much. But still a great purchase we'll enjoy for many years I'm sure

Really simple and easy to place an order. Love the canvas options. It would be nice to upload 1-3 pictures so the artist can use their judgment to pick the best one for the canvas.

Loved our picture. Looks like an old fashioned portrait of our “Aristocat”.
