Doubts if my dog is in the photo I chose
There wasn’t a section where you can see your dog in the costume chosen and the doubt is that I have ordered the wrong dog which is the one you use for each costume as an example

It was really annoying going through…
It was really annoying going through all the options via mobile, it only showed about 14 options per page and gave me 95 pages of options. And everytime I wanted to go back to a certain one, I had to manually go through each page one by one until I got to the page it was on. I almost gave up, but I really want to get this for my husband so I stuck through... but yeah that could definitely be made more convenient.

The end result was cute
The end result was cute, but severely overpriced. I could have had a friend do this with photo shop.

Got a wrong artwork.
Got a wrong artwork. I wrote an email a few minutes ago, told them i want my money back. I hope they come back to me and send me my money back.

Dishonest Shipping Estimation
Super easy and intuitive! Edit: While the ordering process was easy, I found out that the creation and shipping dates were dishonest. Expedited shipping should have sent my order well before the birthday that I bought it for. Now it appears it won't arrive until a week later. Really disappointed and a lack of a response from support or any updates in general have been frustrating.

So far so good, but too close to call
I haven’t received my order yet, so this review is more on the customer service/website response, but so far I am pleased with the communication. I wish there was an option for JUST the digital file since I do prints myself, but I know that’s not where the money is so I understand why they don’t offer that option. I do find it a little pricey, but again, I get that pet portraits aren’t a need and the artists time is valuable. We are getting this portrait for my boyfriend’s mother whose dog passed away this year. He was named after a famous general and served his family for 17 years. He was a good boy and I can’t wait to honor him this way for his mom.
