I placed my order on 12/5, and paid extra for queue jump. I realize its the holidays, so I understand that my order might still be delayed. But on 12/28 I received an email from Crown & Paw that my order was DELIVERED on 12/10 to WISCONSIN. I don't live in Wisconsin. I have emailed three times in regards to this issue and have received no response. Online, my order status shows both that it has not even been "sent to print" yet, and below it shows that my order is "delivered." I don't think I'm ever going to receive my item and fear that my only option is going to be to dispute the $108.15 charge with my bank. I am very disappointed.

I am still waiting for my item and it has been over a month now. I sent an email asking for an update and I haven't heard anything from the company.

I order this as a gift in November, I paid to “jump the queue” and it won’t be here until January, the art looked rushed and wonky, won’t be recommending or buying again

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered a month ago and have emailed numerous times with no reply. My order hasn’t been shipped and hasn’t even been printed! No one will get back to me and there is no number to call. Very frustrated. Have ordered from company before with no issues. Will not be ordering again after this experience.

Received part of my order and received an email that my entire order was delivered. Print/canvas makes my smooth coated dogs look fluffy. Canvas is pretty good quality but not pulled tight enough causing a wave in the canvas. Not a good experience!

Shipping is awful, make sure you order at least a month or two in advance. Do not pay for expedited shipping, it doesn’t help.

My experience has been HORRIBLE.. I paid for expedited shipping at the beginning of December. My gift never arrived by Christmas. I have sent multiple emails asking for help with no response. There is no direct phone number to inquire where my product is. The website says that I will be able to track my package, there is no tracking associated with my product. I’m currently trying to dispute my charges to my credit card. All I get is multiple emails and text messages from this company asking me about my experience, which is further salt in the wound reminder to the Christmas gift that never arrived for my parents. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..

Took 17 days to even get the chance to approve it. I was originally okay with it being a little late for Christmas since I thought it was such a good gift, but the outcome was horrible. They distorted the dog's face so much that he wasn't even recognizable. It was insanely blurry and I would've been embarrassed to give it as a gift.
