Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I have not received my order yet, but I had a question in the last minute change that I needed to make. Their chat response was very timely and the representative I communicated with was extremely helpful.

Awesome company. I was a less than stellar customer due to the anxiety of it taking longer than the given 2-3 week time frame. I sent a few emails expressing my frustration and the team got back to me within 24 hours with updates. I was hoping to give both my portraits as Xmas gifts and was fearing they would not make it in time, however the team pushed my order through and 2 DAY SHIPPED It for me to make it not only on time but a few days early! I will not forget the effort this company put into my order, but the care and artistic ability used to create an absolute amazing piece of art. I will tell everyone I know about them and how they really pulled through for me. They didn’t have to do what they did, but I feel as if they understood my situation. Bravo to the Crown and Paw team. You’ve outdone yourselves.

Great, so great can’t wait to get it

Oh. My. Gosh!!!!!!! This is fantastic! I ordered two 12x18 canvases of my Grand Pups for a Christmas gift to our daughter. “Queen of Roses” of Rosie and “The Captain” of Rocky. Just so darn cute! They turned out so well! She is going to love them! Great customer service. Very happy!!

Very easy website to use

This is my 3rd purchase from Crown and Paw and I was just as pleased with this order as I was with previous purchases. This one was a gift for my parents and their little dog looks so cute as royalty! The colors blend well. The head looks natural on the outfit. Crown and Paw sent email updates throughout the process. Very pleased with the process, the company, and the product.

The process was very easy, so excited to see the finished product!

The picture is fantastic! Great quality and my mum was very happy with the surprise of Dexters portrait.
