Image horribly distorted but they're fixing it
This is the second time I have ordered from you and WOW, I couldn't be more disappointed. Just received my pillow and it couldn't look worse, not to mention nothing like the proof. The picture is completely horizontally distorted. My pet is short and wide! He looks like someone stepped on his head. Did no one look at this and compare it to the proof before it was sent out?? Luckily (for you) getting this fixed is next to impossible as you have no contact phone number and don't respond to emails. Just ordered another pillow the other day too...now I'm worried what it will look like. Short and fat or elongated like a string bean?! ADDENDUM: For fair disclosure, I was able to get a reply from Crown and Paw. They appear to be sending me a replacement (as of this writing I have not yet received it). They were very receptive to my concerns and as such I am increasing my review to 4 stars. Their product is actually quite good and I'm gonna chalk this up to a simple mistake.
