Ordered one of thier canvas prints, it started off well. But then I was sent an email saying that part of the pic needed revised. Clarification on revisement was not clear so I updated the pic as I thought fit. Turned out that out of the "quartet" pic ordered 2 pics were duplicated. Sent for revisement again and never heard back from them. Sent many emails. Thus far not very happy. Hopefully this will be corrected soon seeing it's been almost 2 weeks since placing order and have not heard a thing back. Will update review if things change. To update this review, final product came quick and was extremely nice work. The process getting to the final product and communication with service needs some work however. Did order more prints. Update 1 star to 3. Will update again on new orders if goes well.

The picture wasn’t as good as the picture I approved of my pet. Color was a little off

I couldn't find the sticker products easily and there are no dimensions listed in the description to know the size of sticker. I pretty much have to guess and hope 25$ gets me a decent size.

I love this concept, and the outfit choices are fun. I didn't have a very positive experience however. I ordered a two-dog scene and sent the photos back for editing 3 times, each time asking our Newfie's head to be bigger, (as it is HUGE- he's a Newfie!) and the ears to be longer (they cut them a bit short- they are really long and shaggy), and 3 times it came back looking essentially the same. It's not that I asked them to change the picture I'd sent, just leave more of the hair, and make the head bigger on the 'neck' than they were. No luck. Finally I just gave up and accepted it 'as is'. I think the ads look cute, but they weren't able to adjust the photo editing to my requests. Because of this, I would not recommend Crown and Paw again :(

Reasonably easy to use website. Intuitive. It would be helpful if there was a sorting feature for canvas vs. Poster items. Checkout page was a little text heavy and confusing, but generally not too bad.

I think it is not really clear the catalogue and the list of the creative choices, too much confusion between canvas, portrait, covers and so on

Easy to order not great at anything else. Sorry. I'm sure the product will make up for it

I think organization of the options of what characters/products are available is lacking a bit. For example, I wanted to see all the product options and had to go through 39 pages and felt like i saw 4 pages of phone cases before i got to the next thing. I wish that it was set up so that i could select multiple filters at one time. Admittedly i was trying to move quickly and maybe i just didn't see that option. Thank you for asking. The customer service and communication has been wonderful!!
