Looking at the other reviews, seems I wasn't the only one that got hoodwinked by this company. Ordered on Dec 5th, site stated that orders placed before the 10th would be delivered by Christmas (it's New Year's eve now). Getting a preview of the "art" took longer than expected, and has been in the "printing" phase for a week and a half now. I say "art" because it's just a simple photo-shop job that anyone that can work a mouse could create. No response from the customer support email (no phone number given), just like everyone else. And they have the nerve to email and ask for a review of the service, so here's my honest opinion: avoid this company, what a waste!

I placed an order intended as a Christmas gift on November 30th, website stated to place order by December 10th to receive for Christmas. I even paid extra to skip the artwork queue and my order still arrived late after Christmas. Contacted customer support and their only offer to remedy the situation was to give me a digital copy of my order which I have no need for. Poor customer service, would not recommend this company.

Writing again because my experience continues to be terrible. I have never experienced such a shoddy business and nonexistent customer service. Don’t give your business to them unless you want to be disappointed and waste your time emailing into a black hole looking for a response.

If I could rate this an F'ing zero I would. Total scam company. Ordered in November 2020. It's now Dec. 31, 2020 and nothing. Customer service hasn't responded at all. For sure a scam.

I order this nov. 1st and tomorrow is jan 1st. Still have not reicieved it. I just got scanned. Will be reporting it.

This company was unprepared for the Holidays. They were incorrect in their estimates on art review and approval. Then they were untimely in requests for updates. Finally they were unwilling to work with me to change the shipping address when they blew through the Christmas Holidays with the order delivery. I would recommend they spend less money on advertising and more on customer service and product creation.

Simply awful. Customer service is extremely poor. I ordered and paid Nov 10 for a Christmas gift and after numerous contacts with them, now that I want to cancel this missed Christmas gift, they say “sorry, can’t, it’s NOW on the way”. Their website boasts fictitious 5 stars for everything but you can’t even leave a review. Odd. I also ordered a custom blanket (after I ordered the yet to be received portrait) and received the blanket a month ago. For $60 the blanket is thinner than a cheap hotel towel about the size of my underwear. This company is a sham and anyone ordering hopefully is looking at ALL the reviews before they spend their hard earned money on products that get shipped only when you’re finally at a breaking point of cancelling your order. Please spend your money elsewhere! Crap companies do not deserve to be in business let alone profit from a fictitiously rated business.

Ordered November 23rd, which according to the website was plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. Finally arriving today, December 30th after receiving multiple mass courtesy emails from the "founder" that it would be delivered before the holiday and overnight shipping would be used. UPS standard ground was used and not delivered before the Holiday. Do not appreciate the lies.
