too pushy for "expedited processing and shipping" fees...just be transparent/straightforward about the turnaround time...digital download of the artwork should be included as part of every order and not as a separate item/fee...

Customer service took over 10 messages to get my order right - I have yet to see a proof and now my gift will be late for my friends birthday.

The website was simple and easy to navigate and ordering was pretty easy too. A big issue for me was see a promotion for 30% off for the birthday/anniversary sale all over the website but when I added said items that promoted the additional 30% off to my cart they went not on sale and there was no code to be found to add to during check out. This kind of false advertisement was not ok and it was very upsetting to see.

This is my family’s 2nd purchase from C&P. Received an email confirmation of my order, as well as an email asking for a review of my experience (which I’m utilizing now). A few days later I received an email giving me notice of shipment— without my ever receiving a preview, which, according to my email confirmation, I was told I’d receive. Contacted C&P who said they sent a preview but it was considered “auto-approved” when I did not respond within 72 hours. I showed them a snapshot of my mailbox showing I received some communication from them, but no preview. They responded with an email of my order with my artwork, which was nice, but unfortunately not to my liking, which I made them aware. They said they’d get back to me but I haven’t gotten a response since. I then went through my order confirmation and the website to find information about them “auto-approving” orders without the buyer being aware. Nothing in writing on my order confirmation nor on the ordering pages but I did find it at the bottom of a list of FAQ’s on the Help page which makes no sense. You go to the Help page after there is a problem, it should not be used to inform customers of caveats upon purchase. Waiting to see how they handle this.

They couldn’t use a favourite photo taken from a newer iPhone. Unfortunately these were all the photos I had as pet was deceased. Eventually they accepted a photo from said iPhone. Items ordered together arrived one month apart. The colour print across the item Varied… so my cat was black on one side and grey on the other side. Expected better quality for the price.

The portrait itself came out very well and was happy, however there was a blemish on the portrait I received. It was a small 2 inch horizontal line on the canvas that was missing color. I had to fill it in myself with black marker. I was hoping a quality checker could of spotted it before it was shipped to me.
