Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

After talking with my daughter it appears the pillow I ordered and paid for never did arrive at either her house nor mine. I know this is very after the fact, but she lives out of state and since she received the print I assumed she received the pillow also.

Bad experience. You can not get a hold of a human. I have ordered 2 canvases, I sent back for revisions. It’s like they go to cyberspace. No communication and no updates. Please look at the BBB website before giving this business any of your money.

Terrible customer service. Unacceptable and unexplained delays. It’s been 4 weeks now and they finally notified me that the next edit is ready to view, but instead they’ve submitted the same image with no changes. This is the 4th time this has happened. Just terrible customer service. Considering canceling my entire order because it’s been months now and they still haven’t submitted proofs with the requested changes.

Do not order from this company! USE THEIR COMPETITOR "PORTRAIT MY PETS" INSTEAD! I have a portrait from both companies and they the print Crown & Paw sent me was terrible quality and I cannot display it. The poor quality paper they use cannot handle the ink and it's all wrinkled. After complaining to them, they refused to do anything about it but give me 20% off another order! I refused as I would never order from them again as what I received was useless. This level of service as well has left a stain. I should have received a refund for something they've sold me and is going in the bin.

Put in an order and 13 days later I still have not received the proof. Website say 2-3 days. I sent multiple emails and all I get is a response that my order has been resent to the art team.

Have not received my order and when I contacted customer support, they provided the tracking number to someone else's order. You didn't even take the time to carefully look into my issue. I provided an order number and the processing time I was given on my profile yet I was dismissed with some random tracking number. Not impressed.

Ordered it 5/7, finally canceling it 5/31. Took a week and a half to get anything back, draft 1 had one dog’s 6-7” long fluffy ear as a little nub about 2 inches long (despite all of the ear being in the source photo and the other ear being the correct length). Request for a revision ended with them just lopping off the other ear to match. I sent 4 emails over the course of those 3 wks to get one response back that “my request was in the queue”. It’s now 5/31 and I have canceled. Hugely disappointing. Source photos met all criteria and were high quality. UPDATE: I reached out to C&P for a chance to address the issue per their response. I received a coupon for my next purchase with them, but they again declined to refund the cancellation fee that was charged. I ordered an identical product with identical pictures on Etsy and got a real person to communicate with directly, basically an identical price, and I am SO SO HAPPY with the very first draft she sent me to approve (about a week quicker than crown and paw did). Save yourselves the headache and go to an independent artist on Etsy.

I was never contacted to review or make revisions to my canvas before shipment. I've emailed multiple times and no one will respond. The picture is blurry, very poor quality. Poor customer service and no phone number to speak with someone. Save your money, frustrating experience. *UPDATE 5/22/23 Please note that when I contacted customer service per their request (for the 6th time), nobody from Crown & Paw has ever contacted me regarding my poor experience. I think they post the "Public Response" for PR reasons, but they never intend to correct purchase issues.
