My daughter loves the pirate portrait of our cat. I ordered early for Christmas and it took a bit longer to get here than I anticipated due to high volume of orders but it did arrive in time for the holiday which I appreciated. I did email the company my concern in timing and they were very immediately responsive and attentive to my concern despite the high holiday volume which I was impressed with and accommodated my needs. I would definitely recommend as a great gift or order again as the customer service was great.
