These make for great gifts! Customer service is prompt and attentive to any issues that arise. In addition, the attention to detail in working with each pet photo I’ve ordered has exceeded expectations. The only frustration I had was the proof took much longer than expected to come back which delayed the process delaying the portraits arrival missing Christmas. Noting this is a very busy time of year and the finished product exceeded expectations, it was difficult to stay frustrated. I’ve placed three orders since and all running smooth so far. Great brand, great ideas and a must have for any pet owner! ❤️🐶❤️
