Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Great website. We received one as a gift for Christmas and lived the product so ordered one for a family member.

I bought one portrait canvas with frame of our gorgeous samoyed for my so for Xmas present (the Captain one for the curious ones :D). I thought I was well on time (before the middle of november), but as I personally declined the first two revisions of the artwork it only arrived a few days after the main event, which was a bit shame. Even still, I could have not hoped for a better end result with the product itself, it is AWWWSOME! Thanks for dealing with all my questions and for taking all my feedback into consideration to make the best purchase I ever thought I had made into actually the best purchase I've ever made! Your customer service was on point even still with all the hurry that Xmas must have brought upon you guys. I wan't to thank you for the joy this piece of artwork has brought to us both, happy new year to you all!

Things admittedly got off to a rocky start at first, albeit being in the midst of the Holiday season, but things quickly turned around. After reaching out to customer support due to delay, we received a response very quickly and our preview shortly thereafter. We wound up requesting a change of photo and portrait, and second time was a charm, and completed very quickly. Portrait came out great, and garnered some laughs from the gift recipients ~ Sir Enoch “Nucky” Thompson

So far so good, easy upload, good help.

Great product idea, cumbersome process sorting through images and up loading photos. Also hoped for draft image.

It was a hit. Already ordered another one.

Crown & Paw has a variety of options for pet portraits. I have one and I am waiting for my newest pets to come in so they can hang together. Love the variety, prices are decent. I have never had an issue with working with them

Good website with a lot of artwork available and easy to navigate..
