The web site is nice, the only complaint (and I guess I should not complain about this) is that there are so many choices, and so many products that it gets a little confusing. Also, I could not find where to put in the code for my 20% discount, so I ended up paying full price. I like that there are so many choices of where to locate a photo of the pet. That was very good. Especially being able to use facebook pictures made it easier.

The first draft was terrible. My cats head was too big and just plopped on top of the jacket. It looked so fake!!!! The head didn’t fit nicely into the collar of the jacket”naturally” like all the samples do that you order off of. Very disappointed. The 2nd draft of my beautiful kitty Mackenzie’s artwork was well thought out and more correctly done. It’s a shame that the first draft was so poorly done. The head was disconnected from the jacket so obviously. I would have preferred a better draft the first time. Four stars for the correction but it wasn’t fun

Love all the options and ability to somewhat narrow the search... however it would be nice to be able to eliminate options as you look at the different prints or be able select your top ten and see them on one page. Digital print should be built into overall price Would be great to get preview image and be able to view it on different prints encase you like another print better than your original choice.

After quite a while spent on waiting, Crown & Paw came through, and my order was delivered. The smile on my wife's face made it all worth it, regardless of the frustration along the way (due to package getting lost in transit). C&P processed a replacement, with no hassle. All in all a very well-made product, and good communication with C&P throughout- thank you.

This is my fourth purchase from Crown & Paw!! I absolutely love all my purchases, they have turned out better than I could of ever expected! The only reason I gave them four stars was on latest purchase they sent me a email stating that my picture was blurry and that was ok but I had one picture with two animals in it and I wasn’t for sure which of the two pictures I sent them were blurry or if it was both. I sent a knew picture of the one I thought it might be and I guess I got it right! Next thing I know they were shipping it out!! Just wishing they could be more clear on what pictures are not submittable. Other than that they would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me!!
