I was pleased with how easy it was to pick, would be better if you could just scroll down through all the images instead of picking pages and having to go back. There was a 30% deal on but needed to put in the code, should just come off when you check out, I think I payed full price and missed the 30% off.

I love the idea behind this service, but I have to say the price is exorbitant for what the service provides. I am so excited to see the final product of this, but due to the price I would be very hesitant to purchase anything further in the future. Also, in the planning portion of this, I was very hesitant to pay almost $50 for a picture without being able to visualize what it might look like. I would have loved to see a feature on this website that allowed you to preview the photo with your pet's headshot before committing to it.

I found the site difficult to understand when it came to choosing the different options. Couldn’t find the picture with the frames anywhere which I really wanted.

The ordering was a little confusing. Not sure if I have done it correctly. I used photos of my two dogs so they can be in the artwork together. But was given no preview of what it will look like. A little worried how it will come out. Thanks.

A preview of the finished product would help a ton before the purchase has to be made.

The artworks are nice, but I have received a total 22 emails in 1 week from the company even after I've unsubscribed. Please limit the number of emails you send or make sure that the unsubscribe button works. A part from that, everything was fine.

Can't fault the site or ordering process, but was surprised to get to checkout and only have one option for p&pand its quite expensive. Normally there's a second option for slower but less expensive p&p but there isn't here. Made my black Friday discount void as my savings were now made up for by the p&p cost.

The first purchase I made was a canvas for myself and I loved it. Second one was a Christmas gift and I’m disappointed. I ordered a puzzle for a relative and as soon as it arrived I had to reach out to them. If I didn’t know it was a puzzle, I wouldn’t have a clue from the packaging. For the price, it should have come in a puzzle box or bag... I mean, anything. Now it’s almost embarrassing to give as a gift. Can’t return it and customer service has been crap. Wish me luck!
