Shipping was fast but was not impressed with finally product at all. I did approve the image but the quality is lacking in my opinion. Looks nothing like the examples on line

The picture looks more digital than painted which was disappointing but other than that I like it

I have received only one of the 3 items I ordered and the tracking provided leaves me with no idea of when I can receive the missing items. These were ordered as a birthday gift and unfortunately that date has now passed

The final product arrived very quickly (about 10 days from U.S. to Australia) and the quality of the print, material and stretcher frame are all good. The only issue I have is in the review stage, I had to request changes 3 times - initially, the head was too small (a), then the body+head were correctly proportioned with each other but they had been grouped and enlarged so they took up too much of the composition and cut off the shoulders (b), then finally after they were reduced together the composition was good (c). But the final product is closer to (b), not the version I approved which is a shame. And there is no way of accessing these versions via the website. Luckily I took screen captures.

I’m being asked to review prior to seeing my artwork... I literally placed my initial order and that is it. I haven’t even seen the artist proof yet. If you’d like a true review please wait to send this once order has shipped and product and experience can be reviewed in totality.

Nothing has happened, my stuff has been with the artist for a long time

I am not sure what my experience will be like yet as I have not received a response back on my email of concern. I was supposed to get a proof 2-3 days after my order and still have not received it.

Your website was easy to navigate, but I would have liked to see what the pet photo I included would look like in the frame I selected. This, to give the customer, me, the chance to change the pet photo if it did not work well with the outfit/character selected. Also, when signing in, there was a discount banner of 30% offered if one wrote save30 at checkout. It turned out that at checkout, the discount was already checked, and the price was not discounted from the price listed. Seemed misleading. Thank you. Liz Niezen
