I have been waiting on my order since December 6. If I write your support team- they answer about a week later. This is insane. Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. Your company spammed an email saying “free digital download with any order!”. I asked to have this applied to my order so my family member would have SOMETHING to open on Christmas- big fat no. That would have cost your absolutely nothing. Such poor customer service. I would not only only not recommend your company- i would recommend AGAINST your company. A month later I still don’t have my order. A week after I approved the preview- still not printed 389376 Order #

I ordered on Thanksgiving based on an ad on Instagram and was very excited to find such a unique product. The email said I would have a proof from artists in 5-6 days to review. I also paid an fee to expedite artwork development so I would receive by Christmas. I received an email from the founder of C & P on December 7th saying to be patient that I would receive my proof within 48 hours and that they would pay overnight shipping to get the products to customers. Four emails with customer service later, I received my proof on December 18. I have corresponded with them two more times and just received shipping notice. I requested and received a refund for expedited processing but shipping was USPS so who knows when I will receive. I was very disappointed and the products are pricy. I would have appreciated more acknowledgement of the fact that my sons gift will arrive likely two weeks after Christmas and I now have to ship it to him. They provided no concessions for this. If you order I would NOT recommend Christmas time and give it a LONG time to get there and do not expect anything from customer service.

Its has been almost a month since made my order and I have not even received a sample or anything of the painting. I want a refund but this was supposed to be a Christmas present for a family member.

I was expecting an actual painting for what I paid? Not a digital creation I could have gotten at cvs for 20 dollars! I was so expecting brush strokes and painters signature so I could look painter up and provide my family with their history. You gave me what I could have made myself.I expect actual canvas painting with artist signature and name so there is history for the piece I just paid for! I made multiple orders. I want actual canvasses. With artist signatures. If I do not receive... I will leave reviews on Facebook. It will not be good . I am giving you the opportunity to do the right thing. I am hoping for my actual paintings that I paid for! I want actual paintings! That I paid for! With the artist signature! No one paints without a signature! I’m very upset but I am giving you an opportunity to correct before I review on Facebook. . I have multiple orders in process and I would like to receive what I ordered. If I do not unfortunately I WILL be leaving a review and I will paste all over my face book page as well. Not acceptable what I received!

Never received package or tracking information. Been over a month since orderd. Guarantee to be here by Christmas it’s now almost 2 weeks after

Ordered in November, had to make three corrections and it still hasn’t gotten here. Disgusted isn’t even the word.

Well, I can’t comment on my product because my sister NEVER received it! I orders this back in November as a Christmas gift. It was advertised that if I paid an extra $19.95 that I would jump the queue and it would be shipped within 10 days! That didn’t happen and I wasn’t informed of any delays. It left their facility supposedly on December 30th! Well over a month since ordering and tracking stopped at international carrier days ago so I’m not sure where it is? I contacted them and they wrote me back uninterested to provide any refunds! Not happy at all!

Bad customer service, taking way to long. They cant deliever at promised time. Will never use them again. Still waiting for my order.
