Pup Portrait F.
The secret got out to the intended recipient of the "angel" portrait I ordered, and while she constantly calls the dog depicted her "angel", she became upset over the prospect of hanging what looked like a memorial to her puppy who is very much alive. While the Crown & Paw Support Team said they could not change the design before it went to printing and shipment, they sent a replacement product of a different design more palatable to the recipient free of charge.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you. We're so sorry to hear about the first portrait you received from us and about your first request being rejected. We are hoping that we have overturned the disappointment the recipient felt, by the replacement of the artwork we sent you. Again, we are so sorry for this.. Do get in touch with us in case you need further assistance on this matter. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw! ❤️👑🐾
