I am still waiting to see if anyone has even started on this.

For me I wanted to be able to load multiple photos of my pet so the artist could select the best photo to work (as my dog is really old and taking a new photo was not really an option as I wanted him to look as regal as he did a few months ago). I ended up putting on a photo with two dogs and notated which dog it was for. However on the same day I got an action required request to confirm which dog, when I returned to the site the comments area would not allow me to type. I pressed enter and then could not get the comments to reshow. Not the easiest web design.

Expandable photos would be good.

Can’t say, really. I placed my order a week and a half ago and it hasn’t even been sent to an artist yet.

I love the product. The website is hard to work with. Would help a lot if we could see a quick image of what our pic might look like on the model. UPDATE - there's no way to log in to my account. I have ordered 3 of these prints and I think there should be 1 login per person, and not per order. It's very cumbersome. Plus, there's no phone support. One of the pictures looked not great, so I would like to speak with someone about options, but I can't.

We can only see very few options per page so it takes really a lot of time to navigate through it until you find what you want and not all the costumes are available in all products. I wanted a poster and had to but a canvas

The interface was a little glitchy. Some times you'd select a category from the drop down and it wouldn't respond or update the products shown. It's weird that some images are only available on certain products, but not all products. I also haven't heard back since placing my order. I though I would get a response saying if the images I provided are good enough or not. I'm hoping no news is good news; I feel like I'm in the dark.
