This is the single worst shopping experience I have ever had. They blew through multiple self imposed deadlines for delivery. It took 5 weeks to get the product and arrived nearly two weeks after Christmas. They promised overnight shipping but then shipping took a week. It took days for customer service to respond. AND the product was in terrible condition. The canvas was crooked and off-center, and the corners were sticking out looking entirely unfinished. Please please please do not buy from them!

I placed this order on 12/13. Online it says I will receive artwork approval within a couple days. It took 17 days before I received this email. I logged in & approved it right away on December 30th. Your system for whatever reason still continued to send me emails to approve the artwork even after I approved it. On the 31st your email said I still hadn’t approved it. The 1st I was told you sent through the approval and sent it to production. If I log on, it STILL says waiting for approval. Your website says “ All orders generally take 2-5 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods (for example, right now, November/December 2020, portraits are taking 10-14 days to produce.” It’s now been 21 days! Will not order again.

Awful customer service. I ordered early enough that I should have received my order by Christmas, but I ended up receiving it two weeks after Christmas. When I contacted customer support, they gave me very generic answers that did not help in any way. The final product was as expected, but my overall experience with the company makes me not want to purchase another product from them.

Order placed 12/4/2020. As of 12/21/2020, they hadn’t even sent it to the artist to prepare my proofs. The order dashboard states it is “Ready to Send to the artist”. Email from company founder back on 12/10, stated based on my order date I should see the proofs in 4-6 days, by 12/16 at the latest. Eleven days later, and the artist still hasn’t even started. Company founder also said they would apply expedited shipping at no extra cost when needed. Today is January 6, 2021. Although my gift has allegedly shipped as of 12/27/2020, tracking shows it has only been routed from the facility to UPS to USPS. Estimated delivery date of 1/4/2021 had come and gone and is nowhere near destination. I understand the issues with mail and shipping under the pandemic, but for the price I paid and the time it even took the company to get started, I feel they did not fulfill their product nor honor their own deadlines in good faith.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHERS THAT CAN DO THIS BETTER AND CHEAPER. I have never written a review before bc I dont have the time for that mess however, this deserves a warning. I ordered an extremely expensive canvas (not impressed) well in advance of xmas for a xmas gift and had nonstop problems getting this product. I tried several times to have the mockup adjusted slightly and never received a response until a week later and by that time I had already sent it to print for fear it would be too late if i waited for a response from the company. I kept track of the package tracking from UPS daily and for weeks it was showing that the canvas was sitting in a location waiting for pickup. I tried emailing the company (they do not have a phone number to call) and not one person responded for another week when I was panicked it would not arrive on time for xmas. during the wait, the rep didn't read my email correctly and ordered a duplicate to be shipped out knowing it would never arrive on time if the first one wasn't even sent. I never asked for that. There I was on xmas eve scrambling for a gift for a family member to have something for them. it eventually arrived on the 4th of January and when I asked for some compensation I was told they "don't do that". I suddenly was being emailed by a dozen reps to let me know that I could be reimbursed for shipping only. When I told them I could no longer use the product due to timing, they eventually told me that they would give mew a $25 gift card towards another purchase. I made it very clear I was not needing another purchase but to be compensated for the issues I had received on the first. The product received had stickers all over it showing it was printed in Walmart printing services and I paid almost $100 for a 8x10 inch canvas that was subpar at best. During this, I had managed to research more companies that showed a better product and for a fraction of the cost. SAVE YOUR MONEY and your sanity and find another company.

Ordered dec 5, and it’s Jan 5 and still haven’t received my order. The picture is not what I envisioned. Be careful cause if you do t respond within 24 hours they assume you like it and send it to printing which is a load of crap. Then I paid over $80 to have my order processed more quickly and that has not happened. There’s no telephone number to call everything is via email. I have an email stating they’ll refund me $10 that I paid extra to get it here faster and no refund yet. Don’t ever order from them. Much better pet portraits out there.

Placed two orders 12/14. Still no proof. Order said I would get proof within 10 days of order. I have emailed customer service and told they are behind, but will get to it soon. I know someone else who placed an order 1/3 and already have a proof. To top it off, within 2 days of ordering they were already asking for a review. Give me a product first

I ordered my portrait on December 6th. It's now January 5th, and I still haven't received it.
