This was my first time using the Crown & Paw service and so far, it has gone really well. They had the proof ready for review within 1 day of placing my order and now am waiting to ship. Our dog's name is General Sherman, so it was really fun to get "The General" portrait option. Can't wait to see how it looks when it arrives!
