Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I do like the website and it is very clear but as I ordered a two pet portrait, I would have like the option to drop the two pictures into the painting so that I could see what it might look like and how the two faces interacted together. Thanks

Wish you could zoom In on the pictures to see more detail of the pictures and how real they look.

the editing process is odd...I uploaded photos of two dogs. Dog one had a ball in his mouth. (like always) I quickly received an email asking if I wanted to upload another photo or leave the ball in his mouth photo. but when I clicked the link, the photo shown was of dog two( the dog WITHOUT the ball in his mouth). Thinking there was something wrong with the background of dog two, I changed photo and now have an upload of two different photos of dog two and can't find a way to add dog one back. I'm sure it will work out but the delay is a bummer.

I would like to see this picture before you print it, in case I need to change the pictures.

I made 2 orders last weekend & was sent a preview of one of my orders that has subsequently shipped. I am still waiting for the preview of order 330631

I was hoping for free shipping since the picture isn’t big

I entered discount code and it wasn’t applied to my order. I gave 3 stars because everything else was pretty strait forward. I have requested that someone review my order, and hopefully I will be credited the difference.

Items could be laid out in a more user friendly manner (aka search for one style portrait in multiple formats like mugs, pillows, posters, etc). Also it would be good to be able to change the photo before it is processed by an artist instead of having to email support.
