Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I express ordered and paid 20.00 extra . The outfit wasn’t what I chose, the dogs head was opposite the way the body went, I sent a note about that on the review photo I got and. On two weeks later have not heard back from them.

Seen loads of good stuff coming from crownandpaw but mine turned out terrible. Despite asking for a revision 3 times they kept sending me the EXACT SAME version back to me. If I had known it was going to be this bad I would have done it myself. Literally magic wand tooled the heads off and pasted them. No blending, no alterations to make the heads at least appear they're part of the art style. I'd give it back if I could

I ordered this as a Christmas present on 12/9 and paid for the fast processing. It’s now been more than 4 weeks and the product isn’t even printed yet, much less shipped. Moreover, I never got an email asking me to approve the proof. When I logged in today, 1/8, the proof is magically there and marked as having been approved by me. I never did this. Nor would I have approve this mock-up. It is horrible. I could have done this in my phone with an app. The “artist” clearly just cut the head off our dog, did a little background replacement and pasted it on top of one of your figures... there is no effort in making it seem as though they are connected. In short, communication with the customer failed. Items were marked as approved when it never happened. The item was not even printed (much less shipped/delivered) in the time promised (that I paid extra for) and the workmanship is horrible.

One of the worst all-time services I have ever paid for. I would like to think I'm aware enough to realize things may run a little slow around the holidays. However, when I order something on December 2, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect it to arrive before Christmas. I received email updates about my order, specific to when my proof would be ready for review. These timelines were never met. I emailed customer services and it took over 48 hours to receive a response. In fact, customer service didn't even bother to answer my question regarding if the order would arrive before the holidays. It took an unusual amount of time for the order to arrive after it was shipped. When the product arrived, I was generally please, but underwhelmed. Seeing as the product took over a month to arrive, I expected a piece of art crafted by Van Gogh himself. Overall, I would not recommend this company to my friends and family. My order was placed December 2 and arrived January 8. Maybe I'm too critical, but to me the delay represents a lack of professionalism and pride in one's business.

I ordered my pillow from Crown & Paw on December 1, 2020. Their FAQ section assured me I would 1. receive an artwork preview within 5-6 days and 2. upon submitting my approval, receive my item well before Christmas. It is January 8, 2021 and I just received the pillow in the mail now. Don't get me wrong, the product is beautiful, however the materials feel a little cheap and the pillow's seams are clearly not built to last. I'm happy with how the pillow looks, but if given the opportunity to re-order it as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law, I would not. I basically got extorted into not cancelling my order, and customer service took their sweet time to get back to each one of my email inquiries. All in all, avoid this company if you can. There must be a competitor out there who offers the same products with a much better customer experience.

Crown and Paw screwed up my order and then made it really difficult to get a replacement. I order in November and was told I would get it in time for Christmas. I emailed them a week before Christmas to confirm it was going to make it in time and they did not respond. It showed up a week after Christmas and it turned out to be a blank canvas with some words from the manufacturer on it. I then spent a couple of weeks trying to get them to replace it and they would initially respond but then get back to me and say that I had already received it even though I sent a photo of the blank canvas they sent. They were rude and really dismissive. I finally did get the pet portrait but the crop is way different then what we agreed to and the contrast is really bad. It looked good in the preview but the final product looks like garbage. Do not give these people your money.

Zero communication from staff after order is placed. Days go by without a response and you never have the same person emailing you twice. It's always a different person so your order gets entirely lost. I placed an order and was promised a proof in 4-6 days it took eleven, I requested two minor adjustments one of which being an increase in size. It took them two additional weeks to inform me they couldn't achieve one of my adjustments but they were able to increase the size and would invoice me the difference they then proceeded to send me the artwork at the original requested (smaller) size and not the increased size I paid for. I immediately raised the issue and I didn't hear back from them for another three days when they sent me a canned automated email response blaming an increase in emails as if that excuses it. I finally got a response saying that they would send me the increased size portrait so now I have two (one small) one large which is irritating and after all this confusion they offered no additional proof to ensure what I was paying for was what I ordered and the order numbers I was given directed me to a failed web page. Ultimately it's taken over a month and I am still waiting for my requested portrait and the best that they would offer me was a $10 refund off a $120 order. It would have been a more productive use of my time if I had simply gotten a masters in Renaissance art and painted the portrait myself. I don't think Crown & Paw is a scam but it's only a notch above it. Truly a terrible customer experience. Unfortunately, they don't seem invested in their customers so reviews like this are probably never seen or addressed but if this wards off a couple of people from going down this rabbit hole of misery it would be worth it.

The "art" is TERRIBLE, they jack you by sending an email then saying that you didn't respond and they've placed the order so you're screwed. EXCEPT I paid by credit card which I can dispute. I've saved all of my back & forth with them and my cc company is going to refund me and take it back from C&P.
