Initial Bad Experience - Ended Great! Great Customer Support
Please read through below edit. Original Review: Have not received my order over 3 months later. It says it has not even been sent to print. We had good results with another order but this is beyond ridiculous. I hope they see this review so I can get this resolved soon, if they do, I will amend this review. Edit: Crown and Paw got back to me within a day after posting this review. It turns out their dashboard is just incorrect and had said it was not yet sent to print yet. It turns out it had already arrived, I just could not verify since it was a gift. Their customer support is awesome, its only their dashboard that needs some updating. I am very happy with the product!

Love the idea, but...
Love the idea. Uploading images was easy. Preview came quickly, and one looked great but one didn’t. I asked for a revision (sub out one of the pet photos) but then I haven’t heard any response for several days. So hard to judge how this is all going shake out. I’m hopeful, I think my wife will love it. Later- it took some back and forth, but everything worked out. Bumping my review from 3 to 4 stars

Great site
A friend of mine gave me one of the portraits as a gift. Site is relatively easy to use, uploading pictures is a breeze. My only negative, I had to really search around to find information about the order process. I wanted to be sure I could see the pic before it was printed and i had to search high and low on the site to find those details. Otherwise it was a great experience. I’m super excited to get my pics. Thank you.

I thought the website was very easy to…
I thought the website was very easy to work through. My one suggestion would be to allow the customer to make their own "demo" of their pet in the different pictures to get an idea of what it would look like. I think this would save time on the backend when you create something and someone decides they don't like the way it came out.
