Wish there was a better way of knowing the image shared was good enough or the ability to upload several images to ensure likeness of a pet.

I had to ask for the same revision three times. I finally just gave up.

The experience was great until I went to check out. I selected the free shipping option that was available. Once selected it redirected me to the payment options. I filled the information in and also added a discount code that they advertised. After completing the information that they needed I was again redirected to the shipping options where "magically" the free shipping was no longer an option. This would not be an issue for me if the free option was never available. I don't appreciate these business practices. If you pull some shady stuff like this at checkout I don't know if I can truly give you a positive review, regardless of anything else

Timely draft was appreciated. Very funny and perfect. Would be a 5 star had they not given a steeper discount the day after I purchased as I was under the impression that the 30% off was the best deal of the year.

Changing my pictures that were not approved by customer service over the website was a struggle. I could only change one out of 3. At the end I did approve it but 2 pictures were not the ones I wanted . The canvas work looks very cute, and satisfied wth them . Customer service was great, they kept reaching out to me for approval.

I'm still waiting on my photo proof from over a week ago...

I think you can improve the website layout and maybe give a preview of the result. I've appriciate the fact that every information needed were easy to find. I can not wait to see my canvas! Thank you
