order never arrived. now disputing this with my credit card....

This is my second post - I ordered this as a Christmas present on 27th November after asking for shipping times before ordering! I still have nothing! I have chased this several times and all I get is a different excuse every time. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend! Their customer service is awful!

Site easy to use but order isn't arrived yet. On the website they wrote: Transit time esitimates are shown below: Europe: 5-10 working days. I' in Italy (so in Europe). I placed my order on november (it was a Christmas gift), i confirmed the preview on 30 november. I received an email from them on 3 december saying that my order was shipped. Today is 11 of january and from tracking it seems that my order is still in Denver!!! I wrote different mails and also Direct Message on Instagram. They only tell me to wait, wait, wait... I really would like to know if it will ever arrive, and if yes when and HOW (being around for what a long time!!!). I do not recommend.

Ordered in November and still havent received anything. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but had to get something else. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly poor. It is over 2 months since I ordered this product. Contacted customer service a number of times asking for assistance with tracking as the tracking information has not been updated for over a month. Customer care has not assisted - rather asked me to look into this myself and blamed me for apparently not providing a valid address. I was offered a replacement which I do not want. When I pushed for a refund customer care has just stopped replying to my emails - it has been 6 days now. Horrendously bad...

Expected feedback within a week and received it a month later with no email notification - had to check the customer dashboard. No explanation of the issue with the initial photo.

I placed two separate orders. One on 12/6 and one on 12/9 nad paid for their "jump the line" expedited shipping fee. At the time their website guaranteed any order placed by 12/10 would arrive before Christmas. I didn't even get the chance to approve the portrait for the first order until 12/26 and the second 12/30. The second order finally arrived on 1/9. But that was only after a back and forth of about 8 emails asking where my orders are. And its now 1/10and the first order hasn't even been printedcor shipped yet. I wasnt thst thrilled with how the one point came out but my daughter loved the print so that part worked out. But its ridiculous that its 3 weeks after Christmas and were still waiting for the first order to be shipped. I see their ads all over Google and Facebook. MYbe they should quit advertising and get these orders done. I was planning to place 4 more orders as birthday gifts for people but have scrapped that idea. Maybe I should place next years Christmas orders now so I can get them in time. Bottom line id you do order from this site place your orders months in advance and don't waste you money paying the expedited shipping for almost $20 because that gets you nowhere.
