Edit: they sent me a new one that looks better, and were very friendly about it. I understand that this is supposed to be a fun, silly gift, and I know I approved the design beforehand but...yikes. This looks really bad. For anybody expecting something that looks remotely like a painting, this is not it. My pet's head is just kind of lazily pasted on the body with minimal blending or effects applied. I thought they would at least apply some kind of filter to make it look like part of the painting. The transition from the body to my pet's face is really jarring and looks like some embarrassing "my first photoshop project" by a kid who just downloaded the free trial or something. The material it's made out of is also pretty flimsy and feels cheap.
