I think the website was easy to navigate. A very positive experience. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was due to the fact that I was unable to enlarge the sample photos. I would have liked to have been able to see the costume details better.

The product filter tools aren't quite what most users are used to, but it still works. Everything else was smooth and easy.

Good online experience, could improve on sorting/filtering categories. Would like a visual idea of product will look like with photo uploaded. Can't wait to receive the canvas.

On a phone when scrolling through the gallery, there is no quick way to return to the beginning. I would have to sort via "A-Z", then re-sort by "best seller" to work around the issue. It would be nice to be able to select multiple "costumes" to compare at once.

It would be great if you could do a test upload to see your pet’s face on a particular outfit, even if it was a bit rough and ready (see JibJab website as example). And do allow a short message to be included. My order is a gift and I will have to email my message to the recipient to warn them it’s coming, rather spoiling the surprise.
