Would be nice if there was a way to preview what the finished product will look like and if the image I used is high enough resolution. Hard to imagine it for me. Also, would be nice to know if there is a certain cutoff date to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Website was easy to use, but I have still not received any follow up about the status of my project.

Very cool, came out nice, artist did a great job, But extremely small. For $70 I expected something bigger. Not a pocket sized picture. When I watched videos of people receiving theirs it was always poster sized. Again the picture itself is cool and we'll done, but will go with a more affordable company with larger prints for my next purchase.

It would have been nice to see the picture before ordering.

All sample photos contain the finished product along with the dog, which means in many cases the artwork is pretty small. I also would have used a “like” feature to save the designs that I liked best before making my selection.

Thank you, what a cute idea! And, it was a very quick and easy process. However, I do wish there had been the option to send a gift message. I am ordering the product as a Christmas gift, and due to the length of processing I thought it best to send it direct. My only suggestion is to consider including that option. Thank you so much!

I thought the way of searching for the various options could have been better. Perhaps something like the option to search by a list as well as pictures; and perhaps having the various picture options (Captain, General, Astronaut, etc) in one place and then drilling down to the options available on each picture (canvas, pillow, etc). Unless there was a way to do that that I couldn't figure out.

Everything was great, except for the payment section of checkout. It kept declining my card, which has plenty of money on it. The only way I got it to go through was by utilizing paypal.
