Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

If you want to buy a portrait that looks poorly photoshopped and is not a true paint canvas just a print on this is the place for you. I sent my picture and it looked like a fourth grader did it. I asked for a revision and it looked exactly the same. I contacted customer service to cancel my order and they told me I would have to pay $10. I refused and had to tell them to cancel my order 5 more times until it was finally cancelled. I also told them I was not going to be paying the $10. They told me a few times I had to but in the end gave me a full refund.

Super expensive and terrible quality. Find a friend who is good with Photoshop instead.

Ordered November 28th. Was told 2-4 week delivery. It is now January 12th and nothing has been received. Ridiculous. Go elsewhere as this service is not overly unique and other options exist

Still haven’t received my order. Ordered over a month ago.

You noted that orders would take a while around the Christmas rush but it still took longer than promised. I was only able to upload 1 picture and I would have preferred to submit two or three and let the graphic artist determine which one actually works the best in the photo. I requested a revision two weeks ago and haven't heard back.

I’m still waiting on my item!!!!

Very disappointed !!!! I haven't received my order after 6 weeks waiting... I spent 90$ on Crown & Paw products on the 29th of November, because I wanted to offer funny Christmas presents to my family, and I still haven't received my order ! I contacted the customer support 4 times, and each time they just give me an automatic answer arguing that it's just a matter of days for the parcel to arrive.

Very little correspondence, it’s been over 2 months and I still have no product. I think they just took my money?
