Good website but nasty shock for postage and packing and delivery times after spending quite some time producing my order. Feeling quite deflated as I probably wouldn’t have progressed if I had known.

Was very hesitant to place the order because there was no preview of what the photo would like. Even a rough depiction would be 100% better than nothing at all.

I am still waiting for an artist to review and send an update. Otherwise I am excited to see it.

I found it quite tricky to find all the products and sizes and i would’ve preferred a larger print not a canvas but I couldn’t find that option. It would be awesome to be able to have a generated sample image before the order was placed. But I was on an iPhone and I’m super excited to see the final item. Super cool idea and business. 😊

I have not received the final product yet. I ordered my picture over a week ago and have yet to receive a preview, let alone the final producer. I sure hope the process is expedited to ensure that it will be ready by the holiday for a gift.

The Gallery View is okay, but could be better.

A decent black line that was not entirely visible during the artwork review process (unless I zoomed in the webpage to about 300%+) was very visible on the finished product. And my second order is taking a considerably longer time than my first. My first order had the artwork ready for review in two days and then received within 2 weeks from that. I am now going on the 8th day waiting for the review portion of the process for my second order, it still shows that it has not yet been sent to an artist yet. Combine this with the items being shipped by UPS and how slow that courier can be, I doubt I will receive my items in time to be handed out for Christmas. Such is the way that 2020 has gone. I am sure that they will be enjoyed when they finally do get completed and delivered. Update 12/15 - For my second order, after initially ordering on 11/20, I finally got my request to review artwork on 12/8. They did partially refund my order for the queue jumping. My confirmation email stated that the review would be ready in 2-3 days, with the queue jumping appearing to indicate 5-10 days. It ended up being 18 days. I reviewed it, it looked fine but so did my first order, but we will see about the actual finished product, which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow via UPS 2nd Day Air. This was a nice surprise that company expedited that. I would say if you want a stress-free Christmas shopping experience, order before November 10th.
