Not quite sure how the service is because I was told I would hear from someone within a few days but still haven’t heard.

I would like more guidance on choosing a photo, or the ability to upload multiple photos and get help choosing the best one for the specific design that I purchased.

I have no idea how you did. You have asked me to review my purchase before seeing the product. Now to be fair, I don't work in the online industry, but it would seem to me, that it would be better if you waited until after I have at least seen the rendering, to ask for my review

I don't have any complaints so far, haven't received the finished product. I would have liked an email telling me I need to approve the picture instead of me having to check on it

Purchased two different canvases, the first was ready for approval within the estimated time frame, I'm still waiting for the second almost two weeks later. Not sure why it'd take so much longer when it's the same picture of the pup. Excited to see the product in person.

Many of your status buttons are dead ends (I have tried multiple computers) and I am still waiting for my proof. I don't want to be jerk...I am pretty excited about my order and will probably update my review if I get the actual print, but right now I am pretty skeptical.

The product is cute but is not packaged well for shipping. I ordered two and one of them is damaged in the top right corner. They were not cheap so I would expect better. The three star rating is for the packing not the product.
