Updated: I chatted with Crown and Paw support after this post. They let me know the timelines for artwork and shipping were for their holiday season and haven’t been updated yet. Their team was prompt and easy to work with and did a great job with my photo and the pillow I ordered for my mom. She got it in time for her birthday and was so happy to see her dog again. Thanks Crown and Paw for the assistance and for the great gift. I would order again. Great idea for pet owners I love the idea of this site -- I personally ordered something for my mom to memorialize her dog. They were companions for nearly a decade. My main issue is I was under the impression I would receive a "preview" of the artwork in 2-3 days, then it would take 5-7 days to ship. Once I received my confirmation email, I got a note saying it would take 10-14 days to get an artwork preview! I thought ordering nearly 2.5 weeks in advance would be enough time, but now I am disappointed that my gift likely won't get to my mom in time. With these timelines, it would be nearing 4 weeks until my mom can get her gift. This is not ideal especially if you happen across this site and want to get something for a family member next week. I am an organized and prepared gifter, but even with my mom's birthday 19 (!!!) days away, I still don't think she will have her gift on time. I love that I could do this for my mom, but I likely won't order again.

I am so impressed with the customer support staff and their prompt and helpful answers to Inquiries!!! C&P created a beautiful birthday gift portrait for my brother’s special birthday. From placing my order to delivery took less than 2 weeks. My brother is so happy with his sentimental keepsake!

We are so happy with our puzzle and poster Crown & Paw purchases. Our pup looks like a true superhero! It was easy to upload and send a useable picture. Our pup's image blended seamlessly on the portrait and the quality is even better than expected! We were able to approve the image prior to shipment so there were no surprises on how our items would look. They arrived quickly and in great condition!

Website is easy and intuitive. Start to finish in a couple of minutes. If the product matches the quality of the website, I'll be very pleased.

I first came across Crown and Paw a few years ago and ordered my most spoiled pets painting, after receiving compliment after complement on it I decided to also do the other two siblings. For a total of 3 very special pics on the wall. These are actual painted and Mickey framed pieces of ART. I cannot stress enough the attention to detail. On the first print I wrote and asked to use and have the artist pay special attention to one wisp of hair and I was delighted with the results. And that one wisp, everyone says “oh look at that, it looks EXACTLY like him!”. And on this order I wrote and requested some special detail to their ears and on the female her exquisite facial markings. I’m not worried as I know they will after receiving the first. So I have 3 Criwn and Paws now and I need to order one more. And I will when I get some more money. Cheers from The Beautiful Cascade Mountains!

By far, the best customer I have ever had to deal with. My order was lost in transit (really, due to the mail office’s negligence), and even though C&P did absolutely nothing wrong (they had proof of delivery to my address), they immediately investigated the matter and took care of things by resubmitting my order and sending it to me again. I never asked them, never complained. They just did it on their own. I have yet to receive the order, but I am sure it is as amazing as the team that I dealt with. Thank you guys for what could have a huge disappointment, but instead turned out to be the best customer experience! Keep up the good work. I will be recommending you to every pet lover I know!
