Still haven't gotten it! It's been almost 2 weeks. I'm worried it's not coming at all.

slow response for artist rendition/approval process.

I placed my order on 11/23 and still have not received anything to approve. I keep checking the Customer portal site but there are no updates, just says an artist is working on it. I understand Thanksgiving was this past week, but I hope I receive something soon. This is a Christmas gift for my family and I hope to get this well before the holiday comes. Thanks, John

I’ve purchased your product more than a week ago. And I haven’t been in contact with anyone of the artists that should work on my order, though you advertize in the website that it takes only from 2 to 3 day to recieve the first sketch

I’m sure the final product will be good. I’m only giving 3 stars because I don’t know what the final product will be. Maybe this email should have been sent once I know what I’m getting and not when I’m on day 7 waiting on for a tracking number.

The reason for the is because when I had to change my picture since you thought h original was blurry I had had repicke the wrong picture and could not change it.

Great product and nice customer service but a bit slow to reply when you order. (They don't meet the deadline that is promoting on their website)

even with a 30% discount the price is just to much. the price for a print nearly twice the size on other sites are less. Paying exorbitant prices for the basic photoshopping is all. if you have a friend good at photoshopping, have them make a file for a few bucks and go to another site that will print one for you. or maybe just a digital copy from them and print elsewhere.
