When placing order, delivery dates were two weeks. Placed order December 1st - plenty of time for Christmas. Received digital proofs December 13th, only after threatening to cancel my order. I guess in pushing them, they did a poor job cropping, positioning image. I approved as is only out of need. I received the Print December 31. The print was made and shipped from my local CVS. When I wrote to complain, they offered me a $25 credit towards future purchases. Why on earth would I want to go back to them? Stay away 11 hours ago (9pm March 3rd) 3 months after placing order, crown and Paw wants more info so they can what, turn back time and make things right? Or do they want to up their hush offer to $25.50 store credit? I'm not one to write reviews, I understand things can go wrong, but this company just pushed me over the edge. Safe yourself the aggravation, go anywhere but crown and paw.
