Very fun designs to review. I wish it was easier to search for the title of particular projects when wanting to look back at a particular design, but the process is very easy and the FAQ answer a lot of questions. In ordering, I got a preview very quickly. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, so I asked for a revision, to which they were very responsive. Can't wait to receive it!

The website was too cumbersome because I couldn’t figure out how to jump to a past design without going back to the beginning and go page by page forward. I would also like to see a raw preview of my dog in a design I choose.

Everything was great except turnaround time for a response to an inquiry. 24 hours is too long.

I am SO excited about my order! I was a bit confused on frame size from which to pick and which was bigger or smaller but eventually I got it. I don't normally deal in sizings of that nature so that's why I was confused. Everything else was a synch. Oh, except choosing WHICH animal photo to use because they look so great in all of them! Thanks again!

Overall the experience is good. To make it better, it would be nice to have your website include: - an option to sign in instead of clicking straight through email links - website/account knowledge of what is a gift and what is not; right now I get multiples of each email from you because each time I order something for myself or as a gift because I use my email address so it can be a surprise for the recipient. - the option to choose seeing more than 10 things at a time; like a drop down box to show 10, 50 or 100 things at a time. Otherwise, it's good. Love this place.

I disliked how few selections there are. I could only find maybe 15 difference choices of body for my pet. I’m expected to scroll through 62 pages to find one I like but it didn’t take me long to notice they were just repeats. I was looking for a really ornate one so adding more options would be a suggestion. I’m happy enough with my art work so far but I haven’t received it in the mail so I can’t comment on the finished product yet. I elected the quick queue option and a little over 24 hours later my art was ready for approval. Ordered a second one for my mother in law so I hope the shipping is fast and they are exactly what I expected.

Was confused about the artwork work if my pic was accepted, was hoping to see the cat on the photo picked before ordering.
