Website is easy to navigate but uploading doesn't work well. I had to try several times to get it to work. This made the experience much more time consuming. It would also be useful to be able to review the actual images after they're in the cart instead of just the order summary.

I found it took too long to get a reply to my equiries. I sent an email asking to replace one picture with another, and to put two dogs in the bathtub. I received a reply on what size - my answer was whatever size the previous one was - and then another day later I received a reply on which picture goes in - to which I replied BOTH of the dogs I had sent in the email. It would have been much quicker if someone could phone me, or if you had a contact phone number, or a quicker email response time. I still don't know if you will put BOTH dogs from the email into the bathtub picture. I would also like to have the digital copy of all 7 of the pictures, so I can print miniature ones to put in a doll house. I don't now how long I will wait to receive a reply on that, if at all.

The website stuttered pretty good when uploading photographs; the FAQ didn't specify a photo dimension or PPI spec for acceptable images. That would go a long way to ensuring the artists have material that won't tear when enlarged for projects, and help customers upload photos that aren't so huge that they bog down the server.

Well I am grateful to be able to have my pet immortalized in a outfit and I was able to readjust and fix anything needed a few times as my dogs head just seemed weird shaped but after switching outfits it looks normal. But when I received the picture it’s all zoomed and looks weird on a 12X18 and I sometimes realize if the person making and doing the work and sizing even bothers to notice or care how it looks. The picture wraps around the frame edge so basically I’m losing 1-2 inches per edge all the way around. And I have no way to fix or change and technically isn’t the same picture if it’s gonna be smaller on the frame due to printing and how it’s made I guess. Other than that I like the product but hate it’s all zoomed in. I wish I could work for these guys I would make a lot more people happy the first time I can tell this happens a lot I’m sure

The whole "cut to the first of the line" stuff not once, but two times upon checkout is tacky.

Viewing portrait templates and uploading picture was simple enough. Approving picture was a nightmare. I kept getting led to one after another page of stores, tips, etc. At the end of it, I'm hoping that I get my portrait, but am not sure that I've checked out appropriately. I'm sure this could be streamlined and that the offers could be done in a less intrusive and confusing fashion.

Asked for a revision twice and it was not done. No changes were made.

There's no preview of the portrait beforehand, wish I could have seen it before actually placing the order.
