It’s really frustrating trying to communicate when being sent the same copy/paste response from the company then trying separately to reach out via customer service and they just pass me along to the team who is sending the copy/paste information which is literally sending me in circles and wasting at least a week of time that could’ve been used for shipping time.

On the product page, shipping says 3-5 working days, but then during checkout the options are either 2-3 weeks or 1-2 weeks. It's fine that it takes that long, but it's frustrating that the product page is blatantly false.

I find the website to be challenging to use. Too many clicks.... Also, I would recommend having the option or capability to try different photos on different themes. The current format requires one to pick a photo with some OK guidelines and then wait a few days to determine if it is a good fit. I'm assuming this feature is not enabled for fear of just copying the image oneself? If so, put a "watermark over the image to prevent one from copying it. If the customer were able to send 3 or 4 pictures of their pet, that would also help in picking the best one since you have people editing the photo itself.

I ordered the phone case over a week ago and still have not received a preview of the artwork, when I was told it would be available in 2-3 days...

The art is good, the issues i have are with the process. Did not get an email when my art was ready, which delayed printing. Bought the digital print when i placed the order, but was prompted to buy it again rather than the download being available.

I really enjoyed the interface. It was nice to be able to cycle through different pictures until I found the one I was sure I wanted. What was less great is that after check out there was this part where it asked about skipping to the beginning of the line. This felt disingenuous and made me regret my purchase because you hid this from me to spring it on me after I had already paid. When I declined it popped back up with a counter offer, which is even worse. It felt very gimmicky and like you were hiding options and available pricing. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

It's 4-5 business days after I placed my order, and I was promised to see a mockup of the art after 2 days. So far, I'm not thrilled with the experience. It's a bit early to receive a review request. Now I don't know when to ever expect this to be delivered either.

Super disappointed with the fact that you're Photoshop techs are unable to match the lighting, saturation, hue, temperature, sharpness from the two images. After multiple requests explaining essentially the same thing to you're company, I just gave up. I'm actually going to consider starting my own business of this type now, since I can see you guys are really lacking the skills, and how low effort was put into the the Photoshop. Although I will say, the crop was done very well, you have mastered that, and I did appreciate that part, AND you made attempts to correct it, so you definitely get 2 stars for good customer service. At the end, I came to purchase a picture, not customer service, and my results were disappointing unfortunately.
