Will never order from this company again! This has taken at least 11 emails. No phone number, and after this gift that was supposed to arrive by XMAS, it will get there mid January. And then it wouldn’t put the order through until I put a tip!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt with pet embroidered on November 30th, it’s December 28th and nothing. I understand they’re custom orders and it’s holiday season but a whole month to complete one item? It’s ridiculous, they’ve been contacted three times and only the replied the first time. They don’t even have a number to reach them only by email. This was my first and last time placing an order with them.

After 3 great experiences with Crown & Paw we had no hesitation in placing another order. Unfortunately this experience has not been good. The item appears to be delayed in shipping, we've had no update for 12 days. The shipper has advised that Crown & Paw must progress this as the sender, rather than us as the recipient. Unfortunately Crown & Paw seem to have no interest in doing so, despite advice of UPS and indeed their own shipping guidance. Looks like a disappointment for Christmas. [Update 22/12] still no delivery and Crown & Paw still refuse to engage the shipping company. We had to submit a chargeback

Paid for express production time and delivery and is taking way longer

I'm sad to do this, but I don't want others to suffer the same problems I did. The website traps you into ordering extras. I accidentally clicked something trying to get off the lage when I ordered, and nobody would respond to my contact attempts to remove the extra item. Finally, somebody did, and they fixed the problem. Then, after 2 weeks, (they say it only takes 1 to 3 days to get a proof), I get my proof and it looks CHEAP. Not at all like the others on the website. I was disappointed, so I told them I didn't approve, and asked them to make changes. That was a week ago. Still no response, eventhough I've contacted them multiple times!! My order went through on Black friday (11/24/23) and its now 12/12/23. I ordered 2 portraits at $60 each!!! I'm trying to get my money back now, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm so disappointed...

If I could give them a zero I would. I placed an order and then changed it to 3 dogs instead of 2. I have a receipt that shows I paid for a 16x24 and it show it in my order. They sent me an 8x10. I send an email- it takes 2-3 days for them to respond. Back and forth for 5 days despite the fact that I send them screenshots and pictures showing them they are at fault .They will not respond or correct their error. At this point I need to work with my credit card company to refute the charge!! Very poor customer service.

J'ai récemment fait l'expérience décevante d'une commande chez Crown & Paw. Attiré par la promesse d'une livraison rapide, j'ai choisi et payé pour l'option rapide à 39 dollars, qui garantissait une première ébauche en 24 heures. Malheureusement, 4 jours après ma commande, sans aucune mise à jour de leur part, j'ai dû les contacter par email pour demander des informations. On m'a assuré que l'artiste était en train de travailler sur ma commande et que je recevrais une première version le lendemain. Cinq jours se sont écoulés depuis, et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Mon paiement a été instantanément débité, mais le service promis n'a jamais été rendu. Face à cette situation frustrante, je me vois contraint de demander un remboursement à cette entreprise malhonnête. C'était ma première et sera certainement ma dernière commande avec une entreprise découverte sur Instagram, qui se révèle être un véritable nid à arnaques. Extrêmement déçu.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Live chat? nope. Leave an email and it could take two days to respond?!?! I am calling my credit card company to report this fraud
