Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Winston, our sweet Shihtzu, who crossed over the rainbow bridge just 2 weeks ago, has forever been memorialized with this fantastic artwork. Incredibly fast turnaround from order, super communication of process. We couldn't be happier with our canvas and having Winston watching over us in this manner.

Great quality, speedy delivery! Hilarious piece of art! Fantastic and will be back for more!

Love it! The portrait of my husky and Amazon Parrot looks so realistic and funny at the same time!!! Thank you!

So, this company went from a 1* to a 5* because of their customer service and because they truly fixed their mistake. We had major issues with this company as they weren't prepared for the orders that came in right before Christmas. We were told we would receive it before Christmas well, that didn't happen. My husband is the one who ordered it as a surprise for me but, I already knew about it. Ha ha. They told him they'd do a rush order. Well, I think the rush order also was a rush on making the canvas correctly. What came in was a major disappoinment. My husband reached back out pretty miffed this time and the company remade my canvases. I promised the company if they'd fix this, I would fix my review. So, here it is :) While I'm still kinda ticked the poor product came in before Christmas, I'm kinda glad it didn't as it would have been a major bummer. I am glad this company is growing and I will order from them again. I truly hope they can be more prepared next year and not post false advertising on their site stating if my husband placed the order within a certain timeframe, it'd be here in time. I'm still giving them a 5* as their products (2nd batch) was amazing and also, customer service really were trying their hardest. I won't take a star away when you know that they're trying to fix their mistakes.

I am so glad I did this. My dogs face on Captain America will put a smile on my face everyday for many years to come.

Phenomenal service! I got my two portraits in 2 weeks after ordering! They are beyond gorgeous and honestly made me tear up! Thank you so much 😊

Love the portrait so much!! It feels so high quality. I paid extra for expedited shipping and drawing (because our pup recently passed and i was in my feels) and it was worth it. It came so quickly and I can't wait to hang it! Love love love. Will probably order again!

I loveeee everything about this company!! Awesome gifts
