Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I have not received a chance to review the work done, so I have no idea what the portrait will look like. 😔 Here's hoping it's decent! It was rather pricey, after all!

Website was very pleasing to look at, but I clicked on the promo code when it popped up to save 30%, and it took me to the products; I assumed the discount was already applied, so I went ahead with the transaction but in the end didn't get the discount. It's my mistake, I should have realized before placing the order, but I have to rate the experience a 3 out of 5 for it not having that automatic discount feature if there is one available webpage-wide.

I think the site is visually appealing and easy to navigate. I gave 3 stars since the site didn’t allow me to upload two separate photos for a backdrop with two character blanks.

Website is not user friendly. Organization is bad, fonts are too small, structure is messy.

The site was a little frustrating. There was a poster I wanted with two pets, but it would only allow me to upload one pet photo. When I went to my second choice for 2 pets, I could only upload 1. I had to go with another option.

I would of liked to be able to preview before I paid

so far so good. I have yet to receive and I'm eager to see final product.

Great website! Trying to make a change to my order however and cannot get a hold of anyone!
