Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Not happy at all with my purchase. I won a fluffy chow chow and it’s like they left out all his fluff and neckline to the portrait. It looks like something you’d make in the paint app. I could have used photoshop and did this myself a lot better. Highly disappointed

My order was not completed due to your no acceptability of the photo I sent. On the order there was no place to check the acceptability of the photo submitted

The check out experience wasn't great. There wasn't an obvious location to put the coupon code during the ordering process.

I can’t track my order, I received an email stating my order was incomplete after I had already completed the order and my payment was processed. I would like a preview of my product.

The first two times I tried to complete my purchase, the website showed “processing order” for so long I had to start over again. After the purchase was finally made I received a thank you/track order email but every time I try to track my order it says the app is not working right now. I have no idea where my purchase is, if it’s been sent or when it will arrive. Kind of frustrating.

Way to expensive for what you get... i ordered one canvas.. would love to order 10+ more but not worth 65$ for a 8x10.. after you cough up the money they ask for more money at the end. Shipping is high as well.

When I placed the order, I placed in my discount number and it never showed up after I ordered.

I think your website could be improved. I ordered a canvas and was then offered an additional canvas - but it all happened so fast with few options to move on, that I didn't realise what I was buying and ended up ordering the extra canvas. I chose The Admiral for my pet but hadn't even been given the option of choosing another costume for the extra canvas. Also, as I was completing the fields, it said there would the the possibility to enter the discount code on the next page - but that was not true, so my order was processed at the full price. On other websites, there is the option to check/edit the order before clicking confirm, but not on your site. I wanted to cancel the extra canvas immediately but it is not easy to see from your website how to do that, so I selected 'contact us'. Luckily a member of your team has been in contact to say the discount has been applied and the extra canvas has been cancelled - but this (time and resources) would not have been necessary if your website was easier to handle. Also, I have since received an email offering me a print at half the cost of the canvas. If I had seen this before I may have gone for that. I feel your website has been designed to trap customers into buying more or more expensive products rather than being transparent and easy to navigate for customers to make an informed choice.
