My experiences
In my first experience, it was perfect. The portrait was shipped to Mexico with absolutely no problem, and it was the ideal gift for my sister-in-law who was having her dog put down. He now looks very distinguished in his portrait and the memory lasts forever. In this second experience, I had just learned my sister had had her dog put down due to health issues. I immediately pulled a picture off Facebook and ordered the portrait. It was amazing!!!! The problem I had in the second experience is that Crown & Paw did not notify me the portrait had been shipped, so instead of being able to warn my sister it was coming and have her videocall me for the unboxing, we were not able to see her reaction. I will reiterate that the artwork is impressive and the service is great. Unfortunately, I didn't get that heads-up on this shipment, but I would still definitely order more portraits from Crown & Paw!!!
