I absolutely loved the responsiveness and professionalism of the customer service rep(s). When I placed my order for two customized items, I didn’t realize that I had accidentally ordered two different types of items. I intended to order two canvases but instead I had ordered one canvas and one poster. Mark, the rep who assisted me, responded immediately to my email and helped me make the entire change - price difference invoice included - a very smooth and stress-free experience. I also recommended this website to everyone in my family that owns a pet. What a great idea! I’m excited to see the finished product.
