Very cute and great quality but it has a decently sized white scratch on one of the dogs, it’s a shame especially because it looks so great, I just didn’t think it would be damaged through shipping. It came packaged in a fitted box with a plastic portrait covering for protection, but I think the delicate canvas required better wrapping, so just be warned it may be damaged/ scratched when it arrives. It’s supposed to be a Christmas present and I’ll probably still give it to them but it definitely feels less fun giving them a scratched portrait.

I love the product and am excited to see the result. However I emailed two times regarding a question I had on pillow colors, and also emailed customer service that I mistakenly added an item to my order that I didn’t want. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet.

Very easy process, but the upload directions/requirements can be easily missed. Make sure to find and read them before uploading! Uploading a photo outside of the requirements could ruin the print entirely.

I wish I was able to upload multiple photos of my animal so they would have options to choose from. Now instead o have to wait and see if the photo I chose is good enough, which prolongs the process

Everything in the order process is fine, but I couldn't get the 3 photos I needed uploaded and haven't heard back from the support team to know if the other 2 photos are making it into the picture.. This could be user error, of course.

For the most part it was a good shopping experience, but there were two large detractors for me... 1. no way to review the images selected after adding to cart -- I had switched out the images several times, and wanted to confirm that the item in my cart had the proper files, but could not find a way to do that. 2. no "review" step in checkout was jarring. Typically in the ecomm world we have a "review order" step after shipping and billing, but before finalizing the sale. ...the net result of these 2 things was the I felt almost like I was rushed into buying something, and I wasn't totally sure it was exactly what I wanted. Not a great customer experience. Additionally, it would be nice to have better handling of multiple pets. For example I was looking for a painting with 2 male characters, but after filtering for "male" most images were of couples. That said, really cool product though! Cool enough that I would still recommend to a friend in spite of the hiccups in the experience.

I would REALLY have liked it if I could have seen a mock-up before ordering! I felt very trepidatious not knowing what it will look like.

Awesome idea! I’m buying a product for my parents who are crazy about their dogs! However whilst at the check out I wanted to use a discount code. I wasn’t able to use it. So ended up paying full wack :( I’ve emailed them so hopefully it will get sorted though.
