At the bottom of the cart page it has a “secure checkout” button and says you can enter your discount code on the next page. There wasn’t anywhere to put the code and I ended up accidentally placing the order while trying to find where to put the code. Lost my 20% off discount.

They couldn't use many of my photos b/c of "quality"... This was disappointing as I sent several choices of the ones I liked. We ended up going with one that isn't a really cute picture but it worked.

I was hoping to get my portrait before my boyfriend's bday and paid extra to jump the queue. It's been 2 weeks with no word about shipping and meanwhile, I keep getting emails to review the process. I'd like to say excellent marketing for engagement. The eCommerce team is on it. However, I'll have to provide an update once I actually get my royal floof picture. When I gave you my email 6 weeks ago you told me I would get 10% off. When I placed the order for two pictures I saw an offer for a good discount on a second picture a f t e r I checked out.I just wish you wouldn't dangle offers you don't intend to honor.

I’ve had an awful time getting a photo to be accepted. I’ve sent several emails, photos and only response I get is via email two days later. I’m embarking on nearly 3weeks with my order that I’ve already paid for and still haven’t even had confirmation of shipment. Sadly my husband’s birthday is 1st week in November and I worry it won’t make it in time. I figured 6 weeks would be enough time but I’m sadly being proven wrong. I’m disappointed with the customer service in the fact that the only correspondence period is via email or regular mail.

I should have done my research first, this company has an F rating with the BBB, and a huge amount of customer complaints about the time it took to receive their portraits, and the poor quality of the product when it arrived. I received an email Friday saying my portrait was ready to ship and I’d soon have a tracking number. I haven’t received a tracking number, and the company website’s order tracking now only tells me that it’s currently unavailable for my order number. If I receive a portrait at this point, I’d be shocked.

I had to send over 10 photos over three days for them to finally accept one. Took forever to ship. & when I received there was a painting missing. 😑 will not order from them again.
