The website was easy to navigate to place my order but I don’t like the fact that I can’t see an example of what I’m purchasing. I ordered 7 days ago (my credit card was charged for the purchase) but I still haven’t received a proof of my portrait.

At this point, I am a bit concerned. I ordered but have not seen the proof. I do not even have an order number to check the status. It has been over a week since I ordered and I have no clue what the timeline of this will be. If someone could contact me to get this information, I would appreciate it and would be more than happy to update my review.

Most photo previews (at least most of those I had a look at) placed more emphasis on the buyers pet next to the product than on the product itself. I found it sometimes made it harder than necessary to have a good idea of how the picture might look like. I understand the idea of showing the pet next to the product and it's not a bad idea at all... just... i'd try to reverse where's the focus.

I’m giving three stars in hopes that when my product gets here, I love it. I wish the filtering on the website worked better. For example, when I clicked “1 pet” is was still showing me products with 2, or when I clicked “male” it still showed me female images. I’m also a little disappointed in how long it’s taking to get a preview of my product. It’s been over a week and their confirmation email says it should take 3-4 days. I imagine it might have something to do with the holidays and their sales but now it just feels late.

The selection is great. It would be nice if you could save favorite portraits as you browse, and if you could easily change the size of an item already in your cart. Any change you make though, you have to start from scratch.

I'm a little flustered by this order. I was told to expect a proof within 3-4 days, and it has been over a week. I'm getting review requests, but as of this evening my order hasn't even been sent to the artist. I will continue to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but I'm finding it hard not to be disappointed by the process thus far.
